Get a Game Card in any of the USI Shops.

Get each visited USI Shop to stamp the card.

Complete back of card with your name and address.

Leave your completed card at the last shop visited.

Your completed card will be entered in the draw.

One card per person.

18 years minimum age.

No purchase necessary.

Prizes are USI $$$, redeemable at any and all USI Shops.

Prizes $300, $200, $100 in $50 denominations.
